Our team will notify when your order can be delivered. For order made after 4.00 pm on Friday, the order will process on next following Monday. We provide both local and international shipping.

RETURN POLICY
Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a purchase for any reason, simply contact customer support and we’ll take care of you.

Refunds and Exchanges
NorishKareem Couture gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online and refunds within 20 days of original purchase for overseas and 5 days for local delivery. You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.

Sale items and purchases made are returnable and exchangeable subject to stock availability. Items that are damaged, marked, does not have a label tag or has been altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size with the same design/model, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value. Items purchase under SHAWL are non-returnable, non refundable and non-exhangeable.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Return Shipping
To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the label tag still intact and the packing slip to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
